I enjoyed speaking at the monthly meeting of the faculty of San Francisco State University’s WISE group yesterday — Women In Science and Engineering.  I shared the Appreciative Inquiry approach to change and development, and how it can deliver results that go beyond the traditional problem solving model, both for organizations as well as individual career development.  It’s one of my favorite subjects, and I was delighted to provide concrete tools that energize people to take specific steps toward the future of their dreams.  Thank you, WISE!
