I’m looking forward to the Fall Leadership meeting taking place next week, September 27-29, 2012 in St. Louis!  For the first time, the Fall meeting will include each committee’s subcommittee chairs, as well as the chairs, and the focus will be on developing leadership within the Section to better deliver member benefits.  I’m excited to be serving as a facilitator in the Leadership Workshop Friday afternoon, and know firsthand how important it is for a successful team to have strong, motivated leadership at all levels.  Check back on my blog for a report in October on the workshop, and what you can use from it to strengthen leadership on your own teams.
