I’m delighted to announce that the upcoming ABA Litigation Section Woman Advocate Committee’s regional meeting on March 21, 2013 will feature Carol Frohlinger, Esq., of Negotiating Women, Inc., speaking on second generation gender issues — the powerful barriers to women’s advancement that are outcomes of either cultural beliefs about gender (stereotypes) or workplace policies and practices that inadvertently disadvantage women and how they impact business development.
